I just wanted to push myself and my climbing to the next level. So, in line with the methods I had learned, I started training and saw results: I got stronger. More in my exercises than in my climbing itself, and the first pains and injuries began to appear. Gradually, I worked my way up to a point where I was significantly stronger, but I could practically no longer climb. So I started going to various physical therapy courses and physiotherapists to find a solution until I came across Dr. \u010cumpel\u00edk, the last living member of the original legendary Prague School of Rehabilitation, where I have been studying healthy and effective movement since 2016. His knowledge of yoga is applied to physical therapy with the help of neurology. I try to apply the resulting mix to climbing, where the key and most important component of both performance and health and longevity prevention is effective movement \u2013 climbing technique. Climbing is a technical sport and should be trained as such. My method of teaching this climbing technique is therefore based on traditional yoga practices and draws on modern knowledge of neurology and
